Scope

This standard specifies the project boundary division, energy consumption statistical scope, basic requirements, measurement and verification methods for energy saving energy measurement and verification of residential building heating energy-saving renovation projects. This standard is applicable to the measurement and verification of the energy saving of residential building central heating systems and related building envelope energy-saving technical renovation projects.
