本标准规定了钽粉的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于钠热还原、垂熔烧结和电子束熔炼等方法制得的钽粉。产品供作不同工作电压和比电容的钽电解电容器用。
Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of tantalum powder. This standard applies to tantalum powder produced by sodium thermal reduction, vertical melting sintering and electron beam smelting. The products are used as tantalum electrolytic capacitors with different working voltages and specific capacitances.
