《GB/T 31394-2015数控三维钻床》由TC22(全国金属切削机床标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了数控三维钻床的型式、技术要求、试验方法、精度检验、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于对 H 型钢、槽钢等型钢类工件的腹板和翼缘板进行钻孔加工用、钻孔直径为12mm~35mm 的数控三维钻床(以下简称机床)。
Scope
This standard specifies the type, technical requirements, test methods, precision inspection, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of CNC three-dimensional drilling machines. This standard is applicable to CNC three-dimensional drilling machines (hereinafter referred to as machine tools) with a drilling diameter of 12 mm to 35 mm for drilling webs and flanges of steel workpieces such as H-shaped steel and channel steel.
