《GB/T 31411-2015船舶防污漆磨蚀率测定法》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了通过旋转动态模拟装置和涂层厚度测试分析方法测定不同速度下船舶防污涂层磨蚀率的试验装置、试验程序和方法。
本标准适用于符合 GB/T6822中含防污剂的自抛光型或磨蚀型船舶防污漆的磨蚀率测定。
Scope
This standard specifies the test device, test procedures and methods for measuring the abrasion rate of ship antifouling coatings at different speeds by means of a rotating dynamic simulator and a coating thickness test analysis method. This standard is applicable to the determination of the abrasion rate of self-polishing or abrasive ship antifouling paints containing antifouling agents in accordance with GB/T 6822.
