《GB/T 31412-2015色漆和清漆用漆基 羟值的测定 滴定法》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了测定色漆和清漆用漆基及漆基溶液中游离羟基的滴定方法。此羟基可以多元醇、偏酯、聚酯端基或羟基脂肪酸的形式存在。
本标准不适用于含羟基和环氧基两种基团的树脂,因为后者也包含在结果中。本标准也不适用于硝基纤维素或酚醛树脂。
注:若是漆基溶液只需测定漆基的羟值,则漆基溶液的其他组分可能含有的羟基必须考虑进去。环氧树脂的羟值测定方法按ISO7142:2007的规定进行。

Scope

This standard specifies the titration method for the determination of free hydroxyl groups in paint and varnish binders and binder solutions. The hydroxyl groups can be present in the form of polyols, partial esters, polyester end groups or hydroxy fatty acids. This standard does not apply to resins containing both hydroxyl and epoxy groups, since the latter are also included in the results. This standard also does not apply to nitrocellulose or phenolic resins. The hydroxyl value determination method of epoxy resin is carried out according to the provisions of ISO 7142:2007.
