《GB/T 31541-2015精细陶瓷界面拉伸和剪切粘结强度试验方法 十字交叉法》由TC194（全国工业陶瓷标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了在室温下采用十字交叉法测量陶瓷-陶瓷、陶瓷-金属、陶瓷-玻璃的界面拉伸和剪切粘结强度的试验方法,规定了试样制备方法,试验模式及速率(加载速率及变形速率),数据收集和报告程序。
本标准适用于均质块体陶瓷和各种晶须、纤维、颗粒增强型陶瓷复合材料,也可用于粘结剂强度测试。
本标准适用于材料研究、质量控制、性能表征以及设计数据采集等用途。

Scope

This standard specifies the test method for measuring the interfacial tensile and shear bond strength of ceramic-ceramic, ceramic-metal, ceramic-glass by cross method at room temperature, specifies the sample preparation method, test mode and rate (loading rate and deformation rate), data collection and reporting procedures. This standard is applicable to homogeneous bulk ceramics and various whisker, fiber, and particle-reinforced ceramic composite materials, and can also be used to test the strength of binders. This standard applies to materials research, quality control, performance characterization and design data collection and other purposes.
