Scope
This standard stipulates the objectives, principles, basic requirements, records of traceability information, commodity potato packaging labeling requirements and enterprise internal management requirements for the implementation of the quality traceability system for potatoes. This standard is applicable to the traceability of commodity potatoes under the mode of organized and large-scale planting, transportation and storage. This standard does not apply to the traceability of commodity potatoes under the retail planting, storage, sales mode and bulk mixed sales mode after acquisition.
