《GB/T 31599-2015社会保险业务档案管理规范》由TC474（全国社会保险标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为人力资源和社会保障部（劳动）。
本标准规定了社会保险业务档案管理的术语和定义、原则、设施设备规范、岗位及人员职责、管理规则和信息化规范。
本标准适用于各级社会保险经办机构。社会保险主管部门依法制定、授权、委托及社会保险经办机构委托提供社会保险服务的机构可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, facilities and equipment specifications, positions and personnel responsibilities, management rules and informatization specifications for social insurance business archives management. This standard applies to social insurance agencies at all levels. Institutions that provide social insurance services entrusted by social insurance authorities to formulate, authorize, and entrust social insurance agencies in accordance with the law may refer to them for implementation.
