Key Inspection Technical Specifications
1. Equipment Configuration Requirements
Cloth Inspection Machine must meet the following requirements: the tabletop should be tilted at a 45° angle, equipped with 3-4 40W ultraviolet lamps/fluorescent lamps, the speed should be controlled at 5-30m/min, and equipped with a length measuring device. The illumination for dark lining inspection should not be less than 400lx, and other types should reach 750lx.
2. Defect determination standard

Implementation suggestions
- Intelligent detection system: The standard clearly recommends the use of intelligent equipment to improve inspection efficiency
- Double-sided inspection: Double-sided fusible interlining needs to be inspected on both sides separately, and defects are calculated together
- Dispute resolution: When the inspection results of the cloth inspection machine and the platform conflict, the platform inspection shall prevail
Typical application cases
When a lining cloth manufacturer used the new standard to inspect knitted fusible interlining, it was found that:
1) Three 0.4 cm stains appeared within 20 cm in the warp direction (the old standard is not counted, and the new standard requires one braid)
2) Uneven distribution of fluorescent agent was detected under ultraviolet light (new inspection item)
Through the standard upgrade, the product qualification rate increased by 12%
