GB/T 31960.10—2016 Standard Overview

1. Standard Scope and Applicability

This standard applies to the inspection and acceptance of power energy efficiency monitoring terminals, and specifies detailed inspection rules and test methods.

2. Laboratory test requirements

4. Accuracy test requirements

AC analog quantity accuracy: The voltage and current measurement error limit is ±1%, and the power factor measurement error limit is ±2%.

5. Safety protection and anti-interference test

  • Insulation strength test: Apply 50Hz sine wave voltage for 1 minute, and the leakage current should not be greater than 5mA.
  • Electrostatic discharge immunity test: Air discharge voltage is 15kV, and contact discharge voltage is 8kV.
