Analysis of key technical requirements
1. Environmental adaptability design
The device must meet the following harsh conditions: 96 hours of salt spray corrosion, 8.96kW·h/m² of solar radiation, and a protection level of IP66. The specially designed dedicated electrical connector ensures reliable contact at low temperatures of -40°C.
2. Ring network communication mechanism
Adopts dual A/D sampling data independent transmission, supports:
- Protection ring and Start ring dual network redundancy
- Communication delay between slaves ≤1ms
- Optical fiber interface parameters: 1310nm wavelength, transmission power -20~-14dBm
Typical application case
A 220kV substation adopts the local bus protection slave configuration scheme:
- Dual bus and dual segment wiring configures 4 slaves
- Each slave is connected to 8 bays (including PT bays)
- Full protection coverage of 28 branches is achieved through the ring network communication specified in Appendix C
