本标准给出了焦化企业建立、实施、保持和改进能源管理体系的系统性指导建议。
本标准适用于采用常规焦炉、热回收焦炉、半焦（兰炭）炭化炉组织生产的焦化企业。

Scope

This standard gives systematic guidance and suggestions for coking enterprises to establish, implement, maintain and improve energy management systems. This standard applies to coking enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises") that use conventional coke ovens, heat recovery coke ovens, and semi-coke (semi-coke) carbonization furnaces to organize production. 2
