Scope

This standard provides systematic guidance and suggestions for coal enterprises to establish, implement, maintain and improve energy management systems. This standard applies to raw coal mining, processing and washing and their auxiliary and ancillary production systems in coal enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises").
