Scope

This standard specifies the general principles, indicators and calculation methods of demand response effect monitoring and comprehensive benefit evaluation. This standard is applicable to demand response implementation organizations to analyze and evaluate demand response projects, analyze the actual effects of projects, evaluate the comprehensive benefits of demand response project implementation, and provide reference for comprehensive resource planning.
