Typical grade ZG10Cr9MoV
The material still maintains the specified plastic elongation strength of 265MPa at a high temperature of 550℃. Its chemical composition requirements are:
- Cr content 8.00-9.50%
- V content 0.18-0.25%
- N/Al ratio ≥4

- When selecting materials, refer to the domestic and foreign brand comparison table in Appendix B
- For ZG17Cr2Mo castings, it is recommended to control the tempering brittleness factor J≤180
- X-ray digital imaging (GB/T 39638) is preferred for radiographic inspection
