本标准规定了石油天然气工业钻井和修井用钻井泵的术语和定义、设计、设计验证、材料、焊接、质量控制、文件、产品标志、贮存、包装与运输的要求。
本标准适用于活塞/柱塞式单作用钻井泵的设计、制造、试验和检验。


Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

This standard applies to the design and manufacture of piston/plunger single-acting drilling pumps, and specifies the technical requirements for 8 pressure levels from 3.5MPa to 69MPa. Its innovation is reflected in:

  • For the first time, the quantitative indicator of discharge pressure unevenness ≤5% is clearly defined
  • The hardness standard of bimetallic cylinder liner (60-65HRC) is established
  • The reliability assessment method is introduced (Appendix D)

Material and Manufacturing Key Points

Hydraulic end pressure bearing parts must meet the following requirements:

  1. Low temperature impact energy KV8≥27J (-20℃)
  2. Magnetic particle inspection of castings shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 9444 Level 1
  3. Hydrostatic test pressure = 1.5 times the maximum pump pressure

Typical application case: A 2200 pump cylinder uses ZG25CrMo, and no leakage is verified after 3 times of 10-minute pressure maintenance.


Implementation suggestions

1. The design of gear transmission should meet the following requirements:

  • Service factor 1.25
  • Bending strength safety factor ≥ 2.0
  • Contact spot length ≥ 60%

2. Quality control notes:

  • Power end cleanliness ≤ 1500mg (200 mesh filtration)
  • Noise control: ≤ 100dB(A) (>1600 specifications)
  • Factory test ≥ 4 hours (including 2 hours of 80% load)
