GB/T32371的本部分规定了低溶剂型或无溶剂型胶粘剂涂敷后,挥发性有机化合物的测定方法。
本部分适用于低溶剂型或无溶剂型胶粘剂涂敷后,短期内表面非极性和弱极性的挥发性有机化合物(C6~C16段)的测定。

GB/T32371.2-2015 Standard Interpretation

1. Standard Overview

GB/T32371.2-2015 "Short-term measurement method for release characteristics of low-solvent or solvent-free adhesives after coating Part 2: Determination of volatile organic compounds" specifies the method for determining volatile organic compounds (VOC) after adhesive coating by adsorption-desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GCMS/FID) in a test chamber. It is suitable for the determination of non-polar and weakly polar volatile organic compounds on the surface of low-solvent or solvent-free adhesives in the short term, covering compounds in the range of C6~C16.

2. Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution

With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, low-solvent and solvent-free adhesives are increasingly used. However, the volatile organic compounds released by these products during use may affect indoor air quality. In order to standardize the measurement methods, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the China National Standards Committee jointly developed the relevant standard system.


3. Implementation suggestions

  1. Prepare the test chamber and sampling equipment strictly according to the adsorption-desorption procedure to ensure that the sampling volume is controlled within the range of 5L~20L.
  2. When using TenaxTA equivalent materials as adsorbents, it is necessary to verify whether the blank level meets the requirements (TVOC does not exceed 20μg after deducting the interference peak).
  3. It is recommended to use a double-tube series sampling method and monitor the penetration rate (B ≤125%).
