《GB/T 32427-2015信息技术 SOA 成熟度模型及评估方法》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC38（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会云计算和分布式平台分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了SOA 成熟度模型及基于SOA 成熟度模型的评估方法,包括:SOA 成熟度模型的组成维度和成熟度级别,各维度的成熟度指标、评估问题和映射规则,评估活动和评估步骤。
本标准适用于信息化用户、厂商、第三方机构针对一个组织或信息化项目开展SOA 应用的程度的评估。

Scope

This standard specifies the SOA maturity model and the evaluation method based on the SOA maturity model, including: the composition dimensions and maturity levels of the SOA maturity model, the maturity indicators of each dimension, evaluation questions and mapping rules, evaluation activities and evaluation steps . This standard is applicable to the assessment of the extent to which information users, manufacturers, and third-party organizations carry out SOA applications for an organization or an information project.
