Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard applies to machine tool variable frequency speed regulation equipment with a rated input voltage ≤1kV and an output frequency <600Hz, and puts forward unified technical requirements for voltage source type and current source type equipment.

Key requirements for electromagnetic compatibility
According to GB 12668.3-2012:
- Radiated disturbance: 30-230MHz frequency band ≤50dB(μV/m)
- Conducted disturbance: 0.15-0.5MHz≤100dB(μV)
- Electrostatic discharge: contact discharge 4kV/air discharge 8kV
The inverter needs to pass the 10 immunity tests specified in Appendix A.
Implementation suggestions
- Pay attention to the overload capacity indicator when selecting: 180% rated current for 1 minute
- Installation environment requirements: Derating is required for altitudes > 1000m
- Required items for acceptance testing: temperature rise test (semiconductor device shell temperature rise ≤ 45K)
