Key technical requirements
1. Temperature control system
Standard requirementsElectric drying oven must be equipped with an over-temperature protection device independent of the main control system:
- The main heating element must be equipped with a double thermal circuit breaker, at least 1 of which is a non-automatic reset type
- The operating temperature of the protection device should be at least 50°C lower than the ignition point of the material
- Walk-in equipment must be equipped with an internal emergency unlocking device
2. Mechanical safety design
Special requirements for Electric blast drying oven:
- The door lock mechanism needs to prevent finger pinching (gap ≤4mm)
- The circulation fan is interlocked with the door, and the heating power is automatically cut off when the door is opened
- The glass observation window needs to be tempered and marked with an anti-scalding mark
Implementation suggestions
Key points for equipment selection
- Confirm that the protection level (IP code) marked on the equipment nameplate meets the use environment
- Check whether the over-temperature protection device has an independent temperature sensor
- IP21 and above protection models should be used in humid places
Maintenance and management specifications
- Test the over-temperature protection device function every month (simulate over-temperature conditions)
- Check the sealing of the door seal every quarter (heat leakage ≤5%)
- Calibrate the temperature sensor annually (error within ±1℃)
