本标准规定了汽车大梁用低合金钢和合金钢热轧钢板和钢带的牌号、分类及代号、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书等。
本标准适用于制造汽车大梁(纵梁、横梁)用厚度为1.6mm~16.0mm 的热轧钢板和钢带(以下简称钢板、钢带)。
1 Scope
This standard specifies the designation, classification and code number, order contents, dimensions, shape, weight and tolerances, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of low alloy steel and alloy steel hot-rolled steel plates and strips used for automobile frame.
It is applicable to hot-rolled steel plates and strips (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips) 1.6mm~16.0mm in thickness used for manufacturing automobile frame (longitudinal frame and transverse frame).
