《GB/T 32769-2016非洲热带木材树种鉴定图谱》由TC41(全国木材标准化技术委员会)归口,TC41SC1(全国木材标准化技术委员会基础标准分会)执行,主管部门为国家林业和草原局。

Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

Technical dimensions Macroscopic characteristics Microscopic characteristics Typical tree species
Structural system Difference between heartwood and sapwood, arrangement of pores, and type of axial parenchyma Pit pattern, ray tissue type, and crystal distribution Oak Olive/Afghanistan
Density parameters Air-dry density range 0.33-1.27g/cm³ Cola bean wood(1.27g/cm³)

Key technical features

Key points for macroscopic identification

The standard specifies three types of pore arrangement: diffuse-porous wood (such as candle wood), ring-porous wood and semi-ring-porous wood (such as windmill wood). The axial parenchyma is divided into 8 forms, including wing-shaped and wing-shaped, among which two-stamen sappan wood presents a typical off-tube band feature.

Microscopic identification system

Establish three-level identification indicators: vessel characteristics (single/complex pore ratio), pit type (mainly alternate), ray tissue (heteromorphic type II is common). Special markers such as the rhombus crystals of Irochocarpa have identification value.

Recommendations for the implementation of the standard

1. Multi-dimensional verification: For easily confused tree species such as Guyi Sumu, it is necessary to combine the cross-section banded pattern and the chord section wave mark characteristics for cross-validation

2. Equipment configuration: It is recommended to equip with a 100-400x biological microscope and a 12x stereoscope to ensure the accuracy of microscopic structure observation

3. Specimen management: Establish a comparison database with reference to the benchmark samples of the 30 tree species in the standard
