Scope
This standard specifies the order content, dimensions, shape and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of spring steel hot-rolled steel plates. This standard applies to spring steel hot-rolled steel plates with a thickness not greater than 15mm.
