《GB/T 328.3-2007建筑防水卷材试验方法 第3部分：高分子防水卷材 外观》由TC195（全国轻质与装饰装修建筑材料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC195SC1（全国轻质与装饰装修建筑材料标准化技术委员会建筑防水材料分会）执行，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了对高分子屋面防水卷材功能产生影响的外观测定方法。
