Actual application case: LED screening process for a space science project
In a space science project, the GB/T32872-2016 standard was used for LED screening. Through strict appearance inspection and high-temperature storage tests, 15% of unqualified products were eliminated. Subsequently, in constant acceleration and temperature cycle tests, 5% of products were further eliminated. In the end, only 90% of the devices passed all tests and met the lighting needs of space science.
