Standard background and evolution

This standard was jointly drafted by 16 units including NARI Relay Protection Co., Ltd. and for the first time systematically standardized the technical system of the integrated protection, measurement and control device in smart substations. Core technical requirements

1. Environmental adaptability

The device needs to work stably in the temperature range of -10℃~+55℃ and the humidity of 5%~95%, and in special areas it can be extended to -25℃~+70℃. Electromagnetic compatibility performance includes:

  • 1MHz pulse group immunity (GB/T 14598.13)
  • Electrostatic discharge immunity (level 3)
  • Radiated electromagnetic field immunity (10V/m)

2. Functional integration requirements

Typical application case: After the integrated device was used in the 35kV line bay of a 110kV substation, the number of cabinets was reduced by 40% and the maintenance hours were reduced by 60%.

The standard specifies that functional modules need to run independently:
