1. Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution

The determination of the color and intensity of wool reactive dyes is an important link in the field of dye application. The formulation of GB/T 33053-2016 standard is based on GB/T1.1-2 0 0 9 rules, combining industry needs and technological progress, filling the gap in wool reactive dye detection methods.

3. Implementation suggestions

Selection of reagents and instruments: It is recommended to give priority to reagents that meet the requirements of GB/T2374-2007, and ensure that the accuracy of the analytical balance reaches 0.0001g.

Control of test conditions: It is recommended to control the dyeing depth at 0.5%~3%(owf), and the bath ratio is 1∶50 as the recommended value. The dyeing temperature is strictly controlled at 95℃~98℃, and the temperature is kept for 60 minutes.

Result evaluation method: Visual evaluation and instrumental determination can be used in combination. For visual evaluation, refer to GB/T2374-2007 standard, and for instrumental determination, use CMC(2∶1) color difference formula for calculation.


Actual Application Cases

A company used the GB/T 33053-2016 standard to test a batch of wool reactive dyes. The results showed that the color light was consistent with the standard sample, and the relative intensity reached 98 points, which met the industry requirements.
