1. Scope and applicability of the standard

This standard applies to fluorine-containing waste gas generated in the production of wet phosphoric acid and phosphate fertilizers, mainly targeting two gas components: silicon tetrafluoride (SiF4) and hydrogen fluoride (HF).

Production of ammonium fluorosilicate Use ammonium fluoride solution to absorb fluorine-containing waste gas to generate ammonium fluorosilicate solution, and obtain the finished product through cooling crystallization, centrifugal separation and drying. Spray absorption tower, cooling crystallization tank, centrifuge, ammoniator, etc. Meet HG/T4692 standard.
Production of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride Fluorine-containing waste gas is absorbed to produce dilute fluorosilicic acid, which reacts with concentrated sulfuric acid to produce hydrogen fluoride and silicon tetrafluoride, and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride is obtained through distillation, condensation and rectification. Reactor, distillation tower, condenser, rectification tower, etc. Meet GB7746 standard.
Production of hydrofluoric acid Anhydrous hydrogen fluoride is absorbed by desalted water or pure water to produce hydrofluoric acid. Hydrogen fluoride absorber, hydrofluoric acid storage tank, vacuum pump, etc. Meet GB7744 standard.
