1. Background and significance of standard formulation

With the widespread application of digital inkjet technology in the field of textile printing and dyeing, the requirements for dye performance are increasing. The formulation of GB/T33076-2016 standard aims to standardize the determination method of water saturated solubility of fiber digital inkjet dyes and provide a scientific basis for product quality control and research and development.


2. Technical framework of the standard

Standard dimensions Specific content Scope of application
Determination principle Calculate the dye concentration based on the absorbance value and determine the saturated solubility. Applicable to digital inkjet reactive dyes and acid dyes.
