GB/T33306-2016 "D-Panthenol, Raw Material for Cosmetics" is a national standard of the People's Republic of China, which stipulates the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking and packaging of D-Panthenol, a raw material for cosmetics. This standard applies to D-Panthenol prepared by the reaction of D-pantolactone and 3-aminopropanol.
