《GB/T 33307-2016化妆品中镍、锑、碲含量的测定 电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法》由TC257(全国香料香精化妆品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC257SC2(全国香料香精化妆品标准化技术委员会化妆品分会)执行,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。

Introduction

1. Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution

With the development of the cosmetics industry, the detection of heavy metal pollutants has become particularly important. Nickel, antimony and tellurium are potentially harmful substances, and their presence in cosmetics may pose a threat to consumer health. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to formulate unified testing standards.
Based on international advanced testing technology, this standard adopts inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), combined with domestic actual conditions, and for the first time clarifies the determination method of nickel, antimony and tellurium in cosmetics.

2. Comparison of standard frameworks

Standard dimensions Requirements of this standard International standard references Industry status
Detection method Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) Internationally used ICP-MS and AAS technologies Some companies use traditional flame atomic absorption spectrometry
Detection limit Nickel: 0.06 mg/kg; Antimony: 0.15 mg/kg; Tellurium: 0.3 mg/kg ISO standard: Nickel ≤ 0.1 mg/kg; Antimony ≤ 0.2 mg/kg; tellurium ≤ 0.5 mg/kg Some companies have not set clear limits
Scope of application Applicable to creams, powders and liquid cosmetics Covering all types of cosmetics Not popularized in some small and medium-sized enterprises

3. Implementation suggestions

Laboratory capacity building:It is recommended that companies establish standardized testing laboratories, equip them with necessary ICP-OES equipment, and calibrate the instruments regularly.

Staff training:Strengthen technical training for testing personnel to ensure operational standardization and data accuracy.

Sample pretreatment optimization:Optimize the digestion steps according to the characteristics of different types of cosmetics to improve detection efficiency.

Standards publicity and implementation: Relevant departments should strengthen the publicity and interpretation of standards and promote their popularization and application in the industry.
