Scope

This standard specifies the scope of application, terms and definitions, technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, transportation, marking, storage, transportation and use of coal-to-synthetic natural gas. This standard is applicable to synthetic natural gas produced from coal, including synthetic natural gas produced from coke oven gas, semi-coke tail gas, steelmaking blast furnace gas, etc. after methanation process. It is usually transported by pipeline or stored and transported in pressure vessels.
