Introduction
1. Standard Overview
GB/T33467-2016 "General Technical Requirements for Fully Automatic Blowing, Filling and Capping Machines" specifies the terminology, model, basic parameters and working conditions of the equipment, and elaborates on the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules. This standard is applicable to PET preform blowing, filling and capping equipment using a two-step bottle making process.
2. Technical requirements
This section explains in detail the technical indicators of the fully automatic bottle blowing, filling and capping machine, including:
- Production capacity: The rated production capacity should reach the standard value, and the efficiency should not be less than 95% during continuous production
- Surface temperature: The surface temperature of the external part in contact with the human body should not be higher than 50℃
- Mold temperature deviation: The temperature deviation of the same position of the mold in each station is ±1.5℃
- Noise level: The noise sound pressure level during no-load operation should not be greater than 85dB(A)

The equipment must comply with the requirements of GB5226.1 "Mechanical and Electrical Safety" and GB16798 "Food Machinery Safety and Health":
- Electrical control system: insulation resistance ≥1MΩ, protection level IP54
- Liquid contact area: protection level IP65
- Emergency brake device: with manual reset function

- When purchasing equipment:Confirm that the equipment model, parameters and working conditions meet the requirements of GB/T33467-2016
- Installation and commissioning phase:Check the sealing of the gas and liquid circuits, and test the surface temperature and noise level
- Daily maintenance:Clean the mold and conveying device regularly, and monitor the preform loss rate and cap loss rate
