1. Background and significance of standard formulation

With the continuous advancement of informatization, the number and complexity of electronic documents of party and government agencies have increased significantly. In order to ensure the uniqueness and traceability of electronic documents, the national standard GB/T33477-2016 "Standard for the Identification of Electronic Documents of Party and Government Agencies" came into being.
