Key technical points
1. Sample pretreatment specifications
Crushing particle size: The sample needs to be ground to <0.08mm and dried at 105-110℃ for 2h before testing to ensure the representativeness of the sample.
2. Comparison of key detection methods
Potassium fluorosilicate volumetric method (SiO₂)
The process is potassium hydroxide melting → acid leaching → potassium fluorosilicate precipitation → hot water hydrolysis titration, with a precision of 0.25% (>10% content).
ICP-OES multi-element analysis
Recommended wavelengths:

- Ba 455.403nm
