Implementation suggestions
1. Laboratory conditions:Equipped with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and fluorescence detector, ultrasonic extraction device and rotary evaporator. Laboratory personnel need to undergo professional training.
2. Sample pretreatment steps:Take a representative sample, cut it into 5mm×5mm pieces, weigh 2g of sample and place it in a stoppered conical flask, add 50mL of methanol, and extract it in an ultrasonic generator for 40 minutes. Transfer the extract to a round-bottom flask, wash the residue with 10mL of methanol and combine the extract, concentrate it to nearly 1mL, then make it dilute to 10mL, filter it and test it with HPLC.
3. Quantitative analysis:Quantitative analysis is performed by external standard method using standard working curve. The calculation formula is as follows: $$ X=\frac{(A-A_{\circ})\times c_{\circ}\times V}{A_{\circ}\times m} $$ Where, $X$ is the content of each short-chain tert-octylphenol ethoxylate in the sample (mg/kg).
4. Precision control: The relative standard deviation of the test results within the same laboratory should be ≤10%, and the relative deviation between different laboratories should be ≤20%.
