Hierarchical Structure Description Example
Hierarchy of Enterprise Circular Economy Standard System It is divided into three basic levels: 1. The first level is the circular economy basic standard subsystem; 2. The second level is the circular economy technical standard and circular economy management standard subsystem; 3. The third level is the circular economy work standard subsystem. Refer to the structure example in Appendix A.
The hierarchy of the park circular economy standard system It is divided into three modules: 1. Module 1: Enterprise circular economy standard system; 2. Module 2: Circular economy technical standard and management standard subsystem; 3. Module 3: Circular economy work standard subsystem. Refer to the structure example in Appendix B.

Practical application case: Construction of a circular economy standard system for an industrial park

Take an industrial park as an example. When establishing a circular economy standard system, the park first takes national and local circular economy laws and regulations as guiding documents and puts them above the park circular economy standard system. Secondly, referring to the content of Section 5.4, it is determined that the park circular economy general standards include three subsystems: basic standards, technical standards and management standards.

Specifically, the industrial park has formulated the following standards based on its own actual situation:

  • Reduction requirements at the raw material input stage;
  • Resource management specifications during the production and processing process;
  • Reuse standards in the product circulation link;

Implementation suggestions

In order to ensure the effective implementation of the circular economy standard system of an enterprise or park, the following measures are recommended:

  1. Regularly review and update the standard system to adapt to new laws, regulations and technological developments.
  2. Strengthen employee training to ensure that relevant personnel are familiar with and comply with various standards.
  3. Establish an effective supervision mechanism to monitor and evaluate the implementation of standards.
