GB/T 33858—2017 Standard Overview

This standard provides a comprehensive guidance framework for circular economy evaluation in the aluminum industry and is applicable to alumina and electrolytic aluminum production enterprises. By establishing a scientific evaluation index system, it helps enterprises achieve efficient resource utilization and environmental protection.

Circular Economy Index Calculation Method

The calculation formula of the circular economy index (PI) of the aluminum industry is as follows:

PI = (1/(n + m)) * (∑(R P_i / R P_b_i) + ∑(R R_j / R R_b_j)) * 100

  • n: number of resource output indicators
  • m: number of resource recycling rate indicators
  • R P_i: the i-th resource output indicator value
  • R P_b_i: the benchmark value of the i-th resource output indicator
  • R R_j: the resource recycling rate indicator value
  • R R_b_j: the benchmark value of the resource recycling rate indicator

Evaluation level division

The circular economy evaluation level of the aluminum industry is divided into three levels:

Evaluation level Level requirements
★★★-level circular economy enterprise Meet the basic requirements and PI ≥ 90
★★-level circular economy enterprise Meet the basic requirements and PI ≥ 80
★-level circular economy enterprise Meet the basic requirements and PI ≥ 70
