1. Background and significance of the standard

GB/T 33880—2017 "Hot Isostatic Pressed Aluminum-Silicon Alloy Sheet" is an important specification for high-performance aluminum-silicon alloy materials in China, suitable for electronic packaging, aerospace and other fields. The standard is managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Nonferrous Metals, reflecting the industry's strict requirements and technological innovation for high-silicon aluminum alloy sheets.

2. Comparison of standard frameworks

Standard Dimensions GB/T 33880—2017 Comparative Analysis
Grade and State A1Si22, AISi27, AlSi42, AlSi50, all in O state. Alloy plates with different silicon contents are covered to adapt to various application scenarios.
Chemical composition Si content ranges from 22% to 50%, and Fe and impurity elements are strictly controlled. High silicon content ensures the diversity of material properties while ensuring purity.
