GB/T 33983.2—2017 Standard Overview

This standard specifies the performance test methods for direct methanol fuel cell systems, mainly covering two aspects: power generation performance and environmental adaptability. The standard specifies the test requirements for different power levels (Level I: ≤240W; Level II: 240W

Test conditions and equipment requirements

Standard atmospheric environment: Temperature: $22^\circ C \pm5^\circ C$; Atmospheric pressure: $86~kPa \sim 106~kPa$; Oxygen volume fraction: $18\% \leqslant \phi(\mathrm{O}_2) \leqslant 21\%$.

Equipment accuracy requirements: Voltage (±1%), current (±1%), time (±1%), mass (±1%), temperature (±2°C), relative humidity (±5%), pressure (±5% of full scale).

Implementation suggestions

To ensure the validity and consistency of the test results, it is recommended that:

  • Test strictly in accordance with the environmental conditions specified in the standard;
  • Select high-precision testing equipment and calibrate it regularly;
  • Select appropriate test items according to the system power level;
  • Refer to the summary report template in Appendix A to ensure that the test records are complete;
  • Analyze and optimize the test results in depth based on actual application needs.
