《GB/T 3401-2007用毛细管黏度计测定聚氯乙烯树脂稀溶液的黏度》由TC15(全国塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC15SC7(全国塑料标准化技术委员会聚氯乙烯树脂产品分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂比浓黏度(也称黏数)和K值的测定条件,适用于氯乙烯均聚物及由氯乙烯同一个或更多其他单体构成(但其中主要成分为氯乙烯)的二共聚物和三共聚物等粉末型树脂。树脂可以含有少量的非聚合物质(例如,乳化剂或分散剂、残留引发剂等)和在聚合过程中填加的其他物质。但是,本标准不适用于根据GB/T 2914进行测定挥发物含量超过0.5%的树脂以及不能完全溶解在环己酮中的树脂。一个特定树脂的比浓黏度和K值与它的相对分子质量相关 但是关系变化依赖于所存在的其他单体的浓度和类型。因此具有相同的比浓黏度或K值的均聚物和共聚物的相对分子质量也可能不同。对于一个特定的PVC树脂样品 所选择的测定溶液的浓度对用于确定比浓黏度或K值的数值有不同的影响。因此 只有当所用的溶液浓度相同时,按本标准描述的步骤所得出的比浓黏度和K值才可以进行比较。


Scope

This standard specifies the conditions for the determination of the reduced viscosity (also known as viscosity number) and K value of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins, and is applicable to homopolymers of vinyl chloride and those composed of vinyl chloride and one or more other monomers (but among them The main component is powder type resins such as binary copolymers and terpolymers of vinyl chloride. The resin may contain small amounts of non-polymerizable substances (eg, emulsifiers or dispersants, residual initiators, etc.) and other substances added during polymerization. However, this standard does not apply to resins with a volatile matter content exceeding 0.5% measured according to GB/T 2914 and resins that cannot be completely dissolved in cyclohexanone. The reduced viscosity and K value of a particular resin are related to its relative molecular mass, but the relationship varies depending on the concentration and type of other monomers present. Therefore, homopolymers and copolymers with the same reduced viscosity or K value may also have different relative molecular masses. For a particular PVC resin sample, the concentration of the assay solution chosen will have a different effect on the value used to determine the reduced viscosity or K value. Therefore, the reduced viscosities and K values obtained by following the steps described in this standard can be compared only when the solutions used have the same concentration.
