This standard specifies the test method for contactless reader terminals for mobile payment based on 2.45GHz RCC (Restricted CC) technology, covering multiple dimensions such as overall technical characteristics, reader electrical characteristics and contactless communication interface.

Test environment requirements

Normal temperature test environment:The temperature range is +15°C to +35°C, the relative humidity is 20% to 55%, and the atmospheric pressure is 86kPa to 106kPa.

Test system structure:The test platform is connected to the reader/writer under test through instruments and equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers to ensure the accuracy of signal monitoring and data analysis.

Implementation suggestions

  1. Select the test environment strictly in accordance with the standard requirements:Ensure that the temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure meet the requirements to avoid external factors interfering with the test results.
  2. Reasonably configure the test equipment:Use instruments and equipment that meet the requirements, such as oscilloscopes (bandwidth ≥1GHz, sampling rate ≥5GSa/s), spectrum analyzers (frequency range 3Hz to 26.5GHz), etc., to ensure the accuracy of data collection.
  3. Pay attention to test details:In terms of key indicators such as card swiping distance and continuous card swiping interval time, strictly follow the standard requirements to perform the test steps and record detailed data.
  4. Strengthen anti-interference testing:Verify the communication stability and transaction success rate of the device in the environment of Bluetooth, WiFi and 13.56MHz signal interference to ensure its reliability in complex environments.
  5. Regularly calibrate instruments and equipment:Ensure that all measuring tools are within the calibration validity period to avoid deviations in test results due to equipment errors.
