This standard specifies the model, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation of industrial hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), and is applicable to hydroxypropyl methylcellulose produced from refined cotton or other cellulose as raw materials.
