Technical interpretation of the national standard for photovoltaic vacuum glass

Project Technical requirements Test methods
Appearance quality The appearance of photovoltaic vacuum glass should be free of breakage, cracking, bending and dislocation that affect installation. Visually inspect at an illumination of not less than 1000lx, and record the type and location of defects.
Dimensional deviation The length and width deviations should comply with the provisions of Table 2, and the diagonal difference should not exceed 0.2% of the average length. Measure with a steel tape measure or steel ruler, and calculate the deviation percentage.
Curvature The bow curvature of flat photovoltaic vacuum glass should not exceed 0.3%. Place the sample vertically, measure the maximum gap and calculate the curvature according to the formula.
