1. Background and Significance of Standard Formulation
With the advancement of agricultural modernization in my country, corn, as an important food crop, has occupied an important position in agricultural production. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of corn production, the national standard GB/T 34379—2017 Technical Specification for Full Mechanized Production of Corn came into being. This standard clarifies the requirements for mechanized operations from tillage to harvesting in accordance with the characteristics of different corn planting areas, aiming to improve the standardization level and mechanization coverage of corn production.

3. Implementation suggestions
Choose suitable agricultural machinery:According to the characteristics of the planting area and specific operation needs, choose multifunctional combined operation machinery or small equipment to improve operation efficiency and reduce costs.
Strengthen field management:During the jointing and heading stages of corn, use intertillage fertilization machine for topdressing to ensure that the fertilizer is evenly distributed and the fertilization depth is appropriate. At the same time, during the high incidence period of pests and diseases, use self-propelled boom sprayers or agricultural aviation pesticide application machinery for prevention and control.
Pay attention to straw treatment: After harvesting, crush the straw and return it to the field in time, and apply nitrogen fertilizer appropriately to promote soil fertility recovery. For plots covered with plastic film, residual film recovery equipment must be used to ensure that the surface pick-up rate is ≥75%.
