Background and Significance of Standard Formulation
This standard was created to respond to the "Several Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of the Service Industry" and the "Several Opinions of the State Council on Further Promoting the Reform and Development of the Exhibition Industry" to regulate a series of activities from planning and site selection to functional positioning of exhibition venues. Its core lies in scientifically carrying out planning and construction, optimizing venue functions, meeting the needs of exhibition activities and promoting the development of the exhibition industry.
