The formulation of GB/T 34519—2017 "Technical conditions for swing amusement machines" aims to standardize the design, production and inspection process of such equipment to ensure that product quality meets national safety standards.

Implementation suggestions and precautions
1. Design stage
Material selection: Ensure that the mechanical properties of FRP parts and plastic parts meet the requirements of Table 2 and Table 3. It is recommended to conduct material testing in the early stage of design.
Structural design: Follow the provisions of the transmission system in GB 8408, and reasonably set mechanical transmission protection isolation devices (such as telescopic sleeves, protective covers, etc.) to prevent passengers from contacting dangerous parts.
2. Production stage
Manufacturing process: The welding part should ensure that there are no defects such as leaking welding and burn-through, and all weld nodules and slags must be cleaned. Bolt connections must take anti-loosening measures, and pin connections must be prevented from falling off.
Lubrication and noise control: Fully lubricate the transmission parts to ensure that the mechanical movement noise does not exceed 70 dB(A) during operation (measured at 1 meter from the equipment).
3. Inspection and maintenance
Factory inspection: Each equipment must undergo no-load, full-load and eccentric load tests to ensure normal operation and no permanent deformation or damage.
Regular maintenance: It is recommended to conduct random inspections on the mechanical properties of fiberglass and plastic parts every year, especially for equipment used in high temperature and high humidity environments.
