Introduction
Foreword
GB/T 34932—2017 Technical Specification for Remote Monitoring of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Systems is an important standard for guiding the design, construction and operation of remote monitoring systems for distributed photovoltaic power generation systems. This standard is proposed and managed by the China Electricity Council and is applicable to remote monitoring of new, rebuilt and expanded distributed photovoltaic power generation systems connected to the grid at voltage levels of 35 kV and below.
System Architecture and Configuration
The architecture of the remote monitoring system for distributed photovoltaic power generation systems consists of a master station, a substation and a communication network. A substation can be a collection of one or more photovoltaic power generation systems, and is mainly responsible for data collection, processing and forwarding functions. The system architecture is shown in Figure 1:
Standard Framework Comparison Table
| Dimensions | Main station requirements | Substation requirements | Communication requirements |
|---|---|---|---|
| System availability | ≥99.9% | ≥99.9% | Support multiple communication methods (optical fiber, wireless, etc.) |
| Data collection capability | ≥200,000 real-time data capacity | ≥1000 real-time data capacity | Support DL/T 860, DL/T 634.5101 and other communication protocols |
| Performance indicators | Telemetry refresh time ≤ 1 ms | Telemetry comprehensive error rate ≤ 1.5% | Support high-precision data transmission |
Implementation suggestions
In order to ensure the efficient operation of the remote monitoring system of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system, the following implementation suggestions are proposed:
- Hardware configuration:The master station should be equipped with high-performance servers and redundant network equipment; the substation should have a stable communication interface device.
- Software selection:Preferentially select monitoring system software that supports multiple protocols and high scalability to ensure compatibility with the power grid dispatching system.
- Security protection:Deploy firewalls, isolation devices and vertical authentication encryption devices to ensure system information security.
- Data management: Regularly back up the database to ensure that historical data is kept for no less than 3 years and support quick query function.
