1. Background of Standard Formulation and Analysis of Technology Evolution

With the rapid development of cloud computing technology, cloud computing data centers, as the core infrastructure supporting cloud computing services, face higher technical requirements and challenges in their construction and operation. This standard aims to standardize the design, construction, operation and maintenance of cloud computing data centers to ensure their efficient, safe and reliable operation.

2. Comparative Analysis of Standard Frameworks
