《GB/T 3515-2005橡胶 炭黑含量的测定 热解法》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC2(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会通用试验方法分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了用热解法测定橡胶中炭黑含量的方法。本标准适用于以下几种聚合物的硫化橡胶和混炼橡胶:――天然橡胶或异戊橡胶;――顺丁橡胶;――丁苯橡胶;――丁基橡胶;――丙烯酸酯橡胶;――乙丙橡胶;――聚醚;――衍生的聚乙烯化合物;――硅橡胶;――氟硅橡胶;――氯磺化聚乙烯(氯的质量分数小于30%)。但不能加有在热解过程中有含炭的残余物形成的物质如:铅盐、钴盐、石墨、酚醛树脂的其他树脂,沥青或纤维素等。如果含有氧化铝或碳酸钙之类的无机配合剂,在热解温度下将引起分解、脱水或由于卤化聚合物存在而形成易挥发的卤化物,因此本方法的准确度将受到影响。本方法既不适用于氯丁橡胶,也不适用于丙烯腈质量分数高于30%的丁腈橡胶。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of carbon black in rubber by pyrolysis. This standard applies to vulcanized rubber and compounded rubber of the following polymers: - natural rubber or isoprene rubber; - butadiene rubber; - styrene-butadiene rubber; - butyl rubber; - acrylic rubber; - ethylene propylene rubber; - polyether; - derived polyvinyl compounds; - silicone rubber; - fluorosilicone rubber; - chlorosulfonated polyethylene (mass fraction of chlorine is less than 30%). However, it cannot be added with carbon-containing residues formed during pyrolysis, such as lead salts, cobalt salts, graphite, phenolic resins and other resins, pitch or cellulose. If it contains inorganic complexing agents such as alumina or calcium carbonate, it will cause decomposition, dehydration or the formation of volatile halides due to the presence of halogenated polymers at the pyrolysis temperature, so the accuracy of this method will be affected. This method is not applicable to chloroprene rubber, so it is not applicable to nitrile rubber with a mass fraction of acrylonitrile higher than 30%.
